A flavorful strained soup of French descent: bisque. Onion, carrots and tomatoes, simmered with Herbes de Provence, blended and strained to a perfectly smooth texture.
Served with French style herb bread.

A Happy Thanksgiving! Corn Bread and Mushroom and Green Chile Gravy- Served!


Perfectly textured and flavored, corn bread is among the symbols of American foods. Known in my native Moldova as 'alivanca'.
Baked in a sliced pan, the loaves come out crisp and neatly shaped.
Served with mushroom and green chile white sauce
