If you love samosa, but do not want to go through the dough making, here is a
quick fix: get a pack of spring rolls (they are actually egg rolls, but have no eggs, so we'll call them
springrolls;)) and stuff them with the regular
potato masala used for samosa- spiced crushed potatoes and peas, in my case. They are quite easy to use, and versatile. Just moisten the edges and seal:
fold into rolls, triangles, parcels...
deep fry and voila!
