I have started out this blog with recipes, and eventually it transitioned into a food photo blog. If you can call it that way. For lack of time.
My cooking is spontaneous, fluid and intuitive. By the end of the process, I'd forget what went in, in terms of measurements.
Maybe in future, when I get more time in hand, I'll retro engineer my dishes with recipes!
