Hi! Is there a recipe or procedure? I looked and am not sure if I missed it. We LOVE asparagus and 2nd Man is always baking some sort of bread. Just wasn't sure if this was baked, fried or what. Looks YUMMY!!!!

1st man- Just whisked egg and bread crumbs- and shallow fry the shoots :) till tender.- season with sea salt- simple and easy!
