Idlis and Chutneys

Traditionally served for breakfast, these fermented  and steamed rice and lentil cakelets are not only healthy, but also light and delicious. Served with a variety of chutneys, or sambar (lentil stew).
Here I have some coconut cilantro chutney, and spice powder mixed with sesame oil.
