Piece of Cake

Cakes are a labor of love, and my cakes are hand made, using high quality, fresh ingredients. Each cake has its own personality and a story to tell, as well as being a mouthwatering piece of art. I also bake European cakes (please see the list to name a few). Please contact for pricing. A cake price is normally determined by the degree of design and difficulty, intricacy, decorations etc. Based on your requirements, I will get back to you  with a number. Offering a variety of shape cakes: round, square, rectangular, diamond, hexagon, petal, various character shapes, 3D...etc. Will work with your needs.

SHEET CAKES

(based on 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling... (about 4" height ) or 3 thinner layers of cake and 2 of filling, depending on cake type). Serving size standard is 1"x2"x4". Same size cake, with just one 2" layer  and icing would serve less.

1/4 Sheet Cake (9 X 12 inches, feeds up to 50) 

1/2 Sheet Cake (11 X 15 inches, feeds up to 75) 

Full Sheet Cake (18 X 24 inches, feeds up to 100) 

Note: Add $10.00 for an edible image.

Stuffed Sweet Pastry Nutshells- three pieces for $1.00

Fondant, gum paste moldings, hand piping, or other decorations may add to the cost.

Gumpaste flowers are priced based on the type of flower.
