Beet Bortsch- the Memories Linger on

I am back and loving it! Had some great fun back in Moldova- and some of it was on the table- 3 times a day, not considering the nights! The first soothing meal of the day I had was this beautiful beet bortsch- all credits go to my mom! Quite a favourite in our family- as well as in the whole Eastern Europe- this bright soup goes well with a dollop of sour cream and freshly baked bread- just as I had it!
